Every finding in a Verify Your Dates report is traceable to a record. This page explains where records come from and how we label them.
Categories we work with
Marriage and divorce records, criminal court records and dispositions, arrest records where lawfully available, bankruptcy filings, civil lawsuits, liens and judgments, property ownership, professional licenses, aliases, approximate age, and general location history.
What we store per record
Source provider, source reference, record type, record date, jurisdiction, retrieval time, identity confidence, record confidence, verification status, source freshness, and disposition where applicable.
Confidence labels
CONFIRMED — strong identity match with supporting source evidence.
LIKELY — good identity match, consistent source.
POSSIBLE — plausible, but identity confidence is limited.
INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE — we cannot responsibly attribute the record to this person.
Provider status
Live public-record providers are not yet connected. Sample reports on this site use fictional adults and are labeled as samples.
