Email contact@verifyyourdates.com with your account email and report/order ID when available. Do not send card numbers.
Incorrect information
Tell us which field appears incorrect and include the report ID. Avoid sending Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive identifiers.
Privacy or removal request
Use the same support email and state that your request concerns privacy, correction, or removal so it can be reviewed separately.
Charged but no report?
Do not pay again. Contact support with the order email so the existing payment can be reviewed and recovered if needed.
