Who may use Verify Your Dates
You must be an adult, and you may only search adults. Searches designed to identify minors are prohibited.
What a report is — and is not
Reports organize legally available public records and explain them. They are not investigations, background checks, or legal advice.
Absence of a record does not prove an event never occurred. A low-confidence match does not confirm identity.
An arrest is not a conviction, and a charge is not guilt. Reports label the difference explicitly.
Prohibited uses
No employment, tenant, credit, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
No stalking, harassment, intimidation, threats, or doxxing.
No scraping, bulk enumeration, or automated account creation.
Purchases
Paid reports are one-time purchases unlocked after payment is verified on our servers.
Purchased reports remain available in your account unless you delete them or law requires removal.
Accuracy and disputes
Public records may be incomplete, outdated, or mismatched. You may dispute any finding and we will review it against the source.
